At least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in fintech, banking, brokerage or wealth management.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Figma.
The ability to make decisions based on data, with confidence using analytics tools and working with KPIs.
Spanish and English level (C1 or higher).
Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with Engineering and Design from discovery through to delivery.
Tracking product performance through metrics and user feedback, and iterating based on what you learn.
Supporting the commercial and marketing teams with product demos, RFP/RFI responses and client meetings.
Flexibility to work remotely and from our office in Madrid.
