If you have experience in customer service operations, order management, and SAP, and you are looking to grow in an international and fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be a perfect match. Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Customer Service (preferably B2B)
Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes
Billing / invoicing
Experience working with SAP (essential or strong plus)
Native or near-native level of French, plus advanced English
Permanent contract.
Hybrid model: 2 days remote / 3 days in the office.
Versátil working hours (Mon-Thu flexible start, and short working day on Fridays).
International environment with structured onboarding and training.
