Our technology handles complex, multi-channel workflows—spanning voice, chat, and back-office systems—across any language or cultural context.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales Sovereignty: Lead early-stage technical discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and navigate complex architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.Hands-on Engineering: Serve as a lead contributor—shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.Team Scaling: Recruit and mentor a high-performing technical organization across engineering, solution architecture, and pre-sales.Deployment & Accuracy: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs.Product Advocacy:

You have a track record of building and shipping scalable systems.The Translator: Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or "Forward Deployed" engineering. You can explain $O(n Log n)$ to an engineer and ROI to a CFO in the same hour.The Leader: Strong leadership DNA with experience at the Director, VP, or Founder level.
