YOUR BRILLIANT FUTURE IN TECH IS NOW Welcome to the world of Zoi! We transform manufacturing and retail enterprises through AI-first strategies that deliver measurable business value. We don't just advise: we implement, operate, and scale solutions that turn AI adoption into competitive advantage. We are expanding our European teams in Barcelona, Figueres, Sevilla and Las Palmas. Just choose your favorite Zoi city! Travel between our locations is possible. What You Do Internal IT Scaling & Strategy: Expand and refine internal IT infrastructure and end-user computing strategies to align technical operations with Zoi’s integral growth. Saa S Ecosystem & IAM Administration: Design, administer, and optimize core Saa S applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and cloud identity lifecycle management (SSO, SAML via Jump Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID) in partnership with Security and HR. Modern Endpoint Management: Direct end-to-end device management across Windows, mac OS, Chrome OS, and mobile platforms utilizing Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management, and Jump Cloud. Endpoint Security & Infrastructure: Deploy and fine-tune Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security workflows, enterprise VPNs, and Ubiquiti (Uni Fi) network hardware to keep our hybrid environment secure and connected. Automation & AI Enablement: Eliminate manual tasks by scripting in Power Shell, Bash, or Python (or using AI tools and automation workflows), and help prepare our internal infrastructure for next-gen AI tools and interfaces. Technical Escalation & Support: Serve as the internal escalation point for complex hardware, software, and networking topics while building structured, well-documented IT workflows. Who You Are Experience: 4+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or internal infrastructure engineering—ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth tech organization. Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery of multi-OS fleets (mac OS, Windows, Chrome OS) using modern MDM/UEM tools (Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management,

Jump Cloud) and endpoint security platforms like Microsoft Defender. Networking & Saa S Skills: Solid understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, subnets), enterprise VPNs, Ubiquiti hardware, and central administration of Saa S tenant environments. Scripting & Proactive Mindset: Comfortable using Power Shell, Bash, Python, or AI-assisted tools to automate IT processes (onboarding/offboarding, asset management). Mindset & Values: Dynamic, positive, and proactive in finding solutions. You enjoy experimenting with new tech (like unifying directory environments in Jump Cloud) and continuously testing solutions to see what fits best. Location & Hybrid Work: Based in Spain and ready to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days/week in office), with a preference for Barcelona, or open to Las Palmas, Seville, or Girona. Languages: Fluent English is required. Proficiency in German or Spanish is a strong plus. Do you like to be surrounded by brilliant minds? Awesome.
