Customer Support Representative (German)

You are fluent in German and passionate about delivering great customer service.

Join our international team as a Customer Support Advisor, working remotely from anywhere in Portugal.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers — a true brand ambassador ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time.

You'll support customers via social media, chat, phone, and email with inquiries about subscriptions, invoicing, and technical issues.

You'll troubleshoot, find solutions, and make sure every customer feels valued and supported.

Support account management and software functionality

Remote position in Portugal – work from the comfort of your home

month contract with the possibility of extension

Full?time, rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:*****:00 (Portuguese time)

2 days off per week (rotational)

Plus two extra salaries per year (as granted by Portuguese law)

Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month (paid during the first 12 months)

German – C2 level
