- Cumplir las normativas y protocolos en IKEA, dentro del marco vigente en esa materia.
- Asegurar un servicio de pos-venta veloz y eficiente.
- Gestionar las incidencias/reclamaciones: escucha activa, tramitación, gestión,



soluciones en tiempo y forma para cada situación.

- Gestionar los cambios/devoluciones de artículos.
- Asegurar que nuestro servicio de cajas sea rápido y eficiente para nuestros clientes, que el pago se realice de una forma fiable, eficiente, precisa y cordial. Crear una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes, de forma que quieran seguir comprando en nuestra tienda en el futuro.
