Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to the Finance team with the department’s administrative and operational

tasks.

- Assist with the management, organization and filing of invoices, delivery notes and financial

documentation.

- Support the recording and follow-up of supplier and customer invoices.
- Assist in reviewing invoices, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
- Support the follow-up of supplier payments and customer collections.
- Assist with the reconciliation and review of bank transactions and different payment

methods.

- Support the updating and maintenance of financial databases, files and records.
- Assist with the monitoring and control of hotel expenses and departmental costs.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis and reporting.
- Assist with the control and follow-up of documentation related to purchases and suppliers.
- Support communication and follow-up with suppliers when required.
- Assist with the monthly closing process, gathering and organizing the necessary

information.





- Collaborate with other hotel departments to collect financial information and

documentation.

- Support the review and monitoring of budgets and expense items, following the

department’s guidelines.

- Keep the Finance Department’s physical and digital files up to date.
- Participate in other Finance projects and tasks according to the department’s operational

needs.

Profile & Skills

- Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism,

Hospitality Management or a related field.

- Genuine interest in developing a career in Finance within the hospitality industry.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn.
- Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability: 6 to 8 months.
