We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of Kraken in the Crypto space. We need an IC to take ownership of complex design challenges and spearhead the design and delivery of our consumer focused trading apps from concept to delivery. 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.

- Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
- Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences.
