collaborating across backend and frontend initiatives.QualificationsExperience & EducationMinimum 5 years of experience in software engineering developing complex and distributed applications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Technical SkillsProficiency in backend development with Node.Js + Fastify.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of software/system architecture, scalability, fault tolerance, and error recovery.Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus).

Strong knowledge of GitHub, workflow automation (GitHub Actions, GitOps, scripting), certifications are a plus.Commitment to best engineering practices: clean code, documentation, maintainabilityBehavioral SkillsExcellent communication skills in English (French and Spanish are a plus).
