Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive the technical standards for Allianz Technology's Salesforce ecosystem, acting as the design authority for multi-org, multi-entity solutions.

You will shape target architectures, governance, and security posture while coordinating with platform teams and partners.

The role focuses on scalable, interoperable designs in a global environment and requires hands-on architectural leadership and collaboration with a Center of Excellence.

You will enable onboarding, consolidation, and secure, compliant delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own and evolve reference architecture and design standards for the Salesforce landscape, including data models, sharing and security models, integration patterns, and release strategies • Define and maintain Salesforce security standards across the estate and lead the Security Community of Practice • Act as design authority, review solution designs from entities and partners, and document architectural decisions • Design target architectures for platform onboarding and consolidation in a multi-org environment, including migration and coexistence plans • Lead root-cause analysis and remediation design for complex platform, performance, and integration issues • Define development and DevOps standards and promote adoption across run teams and partners • Review AI and Agentforce use cases from an architectural perspective with the Center of Excellence • Serve as technical counterpart to Salesforce and partners on architecture topics, release impact,



and roadmap alignment • Coach and support platform teams through reference architectures, reusable patterns, and hands-on reviews • Take ownership of stabilizing existing Salesforce environments Responsabilidades • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years as an architect in enterprise, multi-cloud and multi-org environments • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Sharing u**** Visibility, Data Architecture and Integration Architecture valued) • Hands-on expertise reviewing Apex, Flow, LWC and metadata in Salesforce environments • Proven experience with multi-org Salesforce landscapes, consolidation, migration and coexistence • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture (API-led, event-driven patterns); experience with MuleSoft and ERP/identity integrations • Deep understanding of Salesforce security (sharing/permissions, authentication, Shield) and security standards across multiple orgs • Solid experience with Salesforce DevOps (Git pipelines, Copado or Gearset) and environment strategies • Experience as design authority translating architecture decisions into standards • Experience stabilizing existing Salesforce environments • Fluent English and ability to present to senior stakeholders and external vendors • Autonomous, structured, collaborative mindset to navigate international complexity Requisitos principales • hybrid work model • bonus scheme • pension • employee shares program • employee discounts • digital learning and career mobility
