This hybrid role in Madrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions , for a leading e-commerce search technology company.

You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.

Additional Information Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.

This is a permanent contract position.

The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid; after that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by the company.

Monthly commission target is 600 EUR, with performance multipliers: Native or bilingual proficiency in German.

Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).

Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.

Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated.
