We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join the account team at McCann Spain.

Project Management & Follow-up: Directly support the Account Supervisor/Manager in the day-to-day coordination of assigned campaigns and projects.

Interact directly with client to receive briefings, resolve daily tasks, and provide regular project status updates.

Develop clear and accurate briefings for creative, design, production, and media teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards for all deliverables.

International Production & Control: Draft and review materials in both English and Spanish (presentations, meeting reports, campaign deliverables...).

Budget Control: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring invoicing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking costs alongside suppliers.

Analysis & Benchmarking: Prepare campaign performance reports (reporting) and keep track of general market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint for impactful presentations and Excel for budget management and control.

English: C1 / C2 level (Bilingual or Professional Fluency). Essential requirement, as a large part of documentation, briefs, and daily communication is conducted in English.

Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to propose quick solutions and anticipate project needs.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
