As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at YouGov, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to help drive our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to the company’s overall growth goals. In the midterm, as you acquire more expertise in all YouGov’s tools and data, you will be potentially promoted to a Junior sales position and incorporate new responsibilities, such as supporting sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with senior sales managers and other departments to drive revenue and meet sales targets while developing your skills and gaining valuable experience in the sales field. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers.
Qualify inbound leads and determine their readiness to move through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) to track outreach efforts, lead status, and sales activity.
Report on sales activity and provide feedback for improvement in processes.
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
~ Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Spanish native level, English proficiency level.
Other Spanish languages, such as Catalan, are a plus.
