Experteer Overview In this role you will support SDR leadership to forecast, report, and optimize pipeline across five European markets.

You'll design KPIs and dashboards, lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Demand Gen and Ops, and help with capacity planning.

As the operational backbone, you'll resolve day-to-day questions for country leads and escalate only when needed.

This is a hands-on, multi-market role that combines analytics, process improvement, and cross-country coordination to scale our SDR organization.
