Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Nutreco's Quality Management System (Nutrace) within the Plant.
Build and develop a capable quality organization and foster a strong quality culture across functions.
Identify, analyse, and drive continuous quality improvements across production and quality control processes.
Drive quality performance improvements.
Support incident and crisis management when needed.
Experience in quality roles within feed, food manufacturing, or supply chain environments .
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.




Strong knowledge of food/feed safety legislation and quality certification schemes.
Proven experience leading quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
