Our client, a dynamic and expanding entity in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join their team.

This role, covering the Queenstown, Eastern Cape region, is responsible for driving sales of our product portfolio within assigned territories by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers.

You will be the face of our brands, ensuring excellent product visibility, availability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires regular travel within the designated sales territory.

Generate new business and drive sales volume within an assigned territory of retail accounts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and stock levels.

Ensure excellent in-store execution, including merchandising, promotional compliance, and brand visibility.





Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.

Manage inventory and stock control at retail locations to minimize out-of-stock situations.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Maintain accurate sales records and manage territory expenses effectively.

a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential for territory travel.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
