As a customer service consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance.

We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed.

Experience in customer service

Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written

Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Good skills in data/technology/systems

feel at ease using digital tools and phone as work tools

A permanent, full-time position

Comprehensive training and onboarding

A rotating schedule within ******** operations (day, evening, and weekend shifts)

Employment: Spanish based permanent contract, full-time

Location: our office in Torrevieja, Spain
