? At Factorial, we're looking for a senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our UK go-to-market engine .

The UK is a strategic market for Factorial, and this role will play a key part in turning it into a core, scalable growth market .

You'll own the UK marketing and demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from awareness and acquisition to pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.

This is a commercial marketing role , not a channel-specific position.

You'll identify growth opportunities, define where we should invest, manage budgets, and build scalable programs that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline, MRR, and revenue .

You'll work across online and offline channels , including paid media, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM,



events, webinars, content, partnerships, and brand activations.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, Growth, and other Marketing teams to build a connected UK growth engine.

We're looking for a senior, commercially minded marketer with deep UK market experience who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, make data-driven investment decisions, and build repeatable solutions that scale.

About the team ? Our General Expansion team is responsible for building and scaling Factorial's presence across international markets.
