Work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to align regional goals with company strategy and contractual obligations.

Participate in pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, assisting with technical readiness and operational handover.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

Hospitality Management

- English and Spanish

or real estate operations is a strong plus.

You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

You're ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations.

You're comfortable working with project management software & tools, and quick to learn new ones.
