Hourly contract, fully remote, adaptable commitment. Software developers bring a software project they personally own and build it with an AI coding assistant; at each step they compare two versions of the assistant's response, choose the better one and write a brief explanation. You keep ownership of what you build.
Experience
A software project you personally and solely own, stored in a git repository (open-source projects with an approved license are eligible; work owned by an employer, client, university or under NDA is not). Comfortable with the terminal and git; macOS, Linux or Windows with WSL2; able to write clear, honest evaluations. Coding-session transcripts are used to improve AI models and cannot be withdrawn after submission.
Selection process
Apply on the official Alignerr page. The listing does not describe further selection steps on OpenJob; check the official page.
