We are seeking a motivated individual to join our vibrant team in Valencia for this Recruiter position in Spain. You will play a vital role in our recruitment & staffing operations, guiding diverse candidates through the exciting journey of pursuing international careers and finding the best German-speaking jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source and identify top-tier talent for various international roles across the recruitment & staffing sector.
- Conduct initial screenings and engage with candidates to assess their suitability for specific projects.
- Provide expert guidance to applicants as they navigate the transition of working abroad, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to expand our network of talent.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize placement strategies and support business growth in Spain.
- Execute administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding and documentation with precision.

Requirements

- German language skills




- English C1 level
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others succeed in their career development.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site in Valencia.
- No prior recruitment experience is required; we value a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
