The role involves promoting company services, managing client relationships, implementing service programs, and driving customer acquisition and retention across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Advise independent pharmacies on business development and consult on service implementation
Promote and sell company products, campaigns, and contracted services to assigned clients
Train clients on company practices and new service offerings
Identify and pursue new client acquisition and customer retention initiatives
Report visits, actions, campaigns, and performance data in the CRM system
Requirements
Upper-level vocational diploma, secondary education, or equivalent in Commerce and Marketing
Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in B2-level English
Knowledge of customer service, product sector dynamics, and relevant legal regulations
Competence with office software and company-specific applications
Experience in business development consulting or pharmacy sector advisory
