We are looking for an HR Generalist who will report directly to the Head of HR and take full ownership of end-to-end HR operations in Spain. This role will act as the local HR point of reference, overseeing people administration, Spanish labor law compliance, and recruitment activities, while actively supporting the business in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Manage the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, contract changes, terminations). Draft and manage employment contracts in compliance with Spanish labor law. Coordinate with local payroll providers and labor consultants. Oversee payroll, benefits, holidays, leaves, and absences.



Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Spanish market. Post job ads, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection stages. HR Operations & Business Support Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees. Implement and enhance local HR processes. Collaborate with the broader HR team on cross-functional projects. Support performance management, training, and development initiatives. 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and people administration. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Good knowledge of HR tools and ATS platforms. Experience using AI tools applied to HR processes (e.
G. recruiting, CV screening, people analytics, HR automation). Ability to assess and implement innovative HR solutions to improve efficiency. Spanish: native or fluent.
