Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D; centers on three continents. What you will be doingDrive the execution of the global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.
Facilitate general talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.
Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.
Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems,



partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.
Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.
What we're looking forA proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Excellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus). Strong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish and additional languages will be valued.
