About the Role
We are looking for an Logistic & Operations Coordinator to support logistics, procurement, and equipment management across our industrial projects.
This is not a general administrative role .
The position is closely connected to site operations, suppliers, and material flow , ensuring that equipment and materials are available where and when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics activities , including transport arrangements and shipment trackingManage supplier communication , request quotations, and follow up on purchase ordersTrack and manage plant, equipment, and tools (allocation, return, maintenance schedules)Liaise with rental companies for machinery and project equipment needsSupport project and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory and equipment records in internal systemsPrepare and manage operational documentation related to logistics and procurementCoordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, project managers)Requirements Mandatory Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or project coordinationExposure to industrial, construction, engineering,



or manufacturing environmentsExperience working with suppliers, transport, or material/equipment coordinationStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflowsFluent Spanish (native) – required for daily communication with local suppliers and teamsNice to Have Experience with equipment or machinery tracking / asset managementFamiliarity with inventory systems or ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Experience supporting site-based or project environmentsOther Intermediate level of English (advanced would be an advantage)Good communication and coordination skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetWhat We're Looking For Someone who understands how operations work on real projects , not just office administrationA profile comfortable working between office, suppliers, and site teamsAbility to prioritize, track, and follow through on multiple activitiesNot Suitable For: candidates with experience limited to: HR / recruitment administrationBanking or financial administrationPure office assistant or back-office roles without operational exposure
