Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear,



structured format to support retailer sales teams Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand. Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers Full-time 39 hours/week, permanent contract: Monday
