As a DevOps / Automation Engineer, you'll design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure supporting automation workflows, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high availability across environments. Deploy and maintain self-hosted automation environments (e.g., scale data processing Scale automation systems to handle concurrent workloads and performance?Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to track workflow performance and detect failures node failures, performance drops, system instability) Ensure system uptime, reliability,



and fault tolerance across automation pipelines On this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements. At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or backend system management (required) Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields is a plus Strong experience with cloud platforms, server environments, and deployment workflows Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (logs, metrics, uptime monitoring) Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker or similar) Understanding of system performance, scaling strategies, and fault tolerance Experience supporting automation platforms and high?Portfolio or examples demonstrating infrastructure setup, monitoring, or scaling systems is a plus English proficiency: Work fully remote on your own schedule with just a laptop and stable internet connection. on experience in a unique hybrid environment where human expertise and AI agents collaborate seamlessly — a distinctive skill set in a rapidly growing field.
