Our client, a sustainable and people-centric multinational company leader in the chemical industry based in Barcelona, is currently seeking an experiencedSupply Project & Transformation Managerto lead supply projects within their dynamic multinational organization. The role is based in the Barcelona headquarters, offering an opportunity to drive change and efficiency in our supply chain operations.
Manage and execute Supply Planning projects in the BU, with a European focus.
Implement theOMP systemin the Supply Planning area to enhance the processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Plan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes.
Develop region planning team capabilities.




Ensure good communication and integration with demand/BUs, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance.
Work on the transformation & continuous supply chain assessment & benchmarking.
Proven experience in managingsupply transformation projects . University Education with at least 6 years' experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consulting.
Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
