What You'll Do
Drive new business revenue within your territory, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targetsTake ownership in pipeline creation and deal cycle management, applying MEDDIC?style Sales methodologiesDrive a land and expand motion for strategic accountsLeverage Fever's ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospectsIdentify, map, and multi?functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations)



to ensure alignmentConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitorsThrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachableMaintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standardsWho You Are3-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)Proven track record of achieving sales targetsExperience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferredStrong negotiation and problem?confident with senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial self?starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changeExcellent written & verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGrowth mindset: coachable, data?driven, organized, optimisticFluency in English and GermanWhy You'll Love It HereAttractive compensation package with room to grow.
