* Assist with croissants, Danish pastries, puff pastry, and other viennoiserie products.
* Support the development and presentation of new dessert items.
* Follow recipes, measurements, portion sizes, and production instructions accurately.
* Maintain consistency in taste, texture,



appearance, and quality.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Keep the workstation clean and organized before, during, and after production.
* Work collaboratively with the pastry team and follow the Head Pastry Chef's instructions.Requirements* Recent graduate in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field.
* No previous professional experience required.
* Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
