In this position, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating different departments (Applied Innovation, production) between different business unity of the Company in strategic projects, ensuring effective collaboration and good communication. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a research and development setting.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure project deliverables are met.
Identify and manage project risks,



and develop contingency plans as needed.
Provide regular project updates to senior management.
University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies and productsProfound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologiesProfound knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and Personal Care are considered a plusFluent in English and SpanishStrong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of project management software and tools.
