At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Sales Account Executive for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Our ambition is to build the best channel sales ecosystem out there

What you'll do
Identify, evaluate, and nurture clients opportunities coming from Partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.
Engage with senior executives (C?functional teams
- including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership
- to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.
Support the Italian market expansion, identifying new partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as the go?to solution for HR software.
What are we looking forA proficient level of Italian is required & professional English.3 year of Sales Experience as an Account Executive.
You will be responsible for delivering impactful demos that showcase our value, addressing customer needs,



and guiding them to the final stages of the sales process.
Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
We're passionate about data, trends and objectives, and we expect you to be just as data?driven in your approach to your sales book and quota achievement.
Forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills required.
