Role Overview:We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with strong experience in tech hiring to join our People team and take ownership of Talent Acquisition across Qualifyze, partnering with stakeholders across our business. You'll be touch the full recruitment cycle and areasThe challenge? You'll act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, combining your recruitment expertise with data and market insights to shape hiring strategies in collaboration with the Head of People,, challenge assumptions and attract the right talent.
You'll also have the autonomy to improve how we hire, from optimising processes and enhancing the candidate experience to exploring new sourcing approaches and strengthening our employer brand. You'll be part of a People team of seven, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Intern.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across Tech & Data, Product, Growth, Finance and Quality, translating business needs into effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.




Act as a trusted advisor and partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, role requirements, compensation expectations and recruitment best practices, while managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process.
Use recruitment data and talent market insights to guide day-to-day decisions, build reports on key hiring metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
Optimise recruitment processes, workflows and tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and collaboration through new approaches and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
Ensure a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a consistent approach and a high bar for quality.
Strengthen Qualifyze's employer brand and position the company as an attractive place to work through targeted talent attraction initiatives.
You know your way around Talent Acquisition: +5 years experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a scale-up or international company. Tech hiring is your thing: Hands-on experience hiring across technical teams, including Frontend and Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and BI profiles. No need to be an engineer,



but confidence discussing technical requirements with Hiring Managers and understanding what makes a good fit is key.
A data-driven approach: Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and building hiring reports, spotting bottlenecks and turning insights into better hiring decisions and outcomes.

Things move quickly at Qualifyze, so this role calls for someone who takes initiative, makes sound decisions independently and connects recruitment priorities to wider business goals. For this role, we're happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around 45,000€
- 50,000 €.
