What you will do in this roleHandle calls through CRM agent portalCreate quotations and orders via SAP systemExpedite and communicate expected delivery times to customersOffer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and servicesConcentrix is a great match if youHave a proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced EnglishAre minimum a high school graduateHave an interest in the technical field and a willingness to stay in the project for at least 2 years is of great importanceAre customer oriented, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial attitude and awarenessHave a business mindset will help you engage better with your contactsDon't meet every requirement?
