Mener une phase de découverte par téléphone pour qualifier précisément le besoin du prospect : postes de remboursement budget, services complémentaires (obsèques, prévoyance), etc. Travailler avec l'équipe acquisition pour construire le discours commercial le plus impactant pour répondre à des demandes plus ou moins qualifiées. Une première expérience commerciale ou en relation client réussie (stage et alternance inclus) dans la vente de mutuelles santé. Français courant obligatoire.
