Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects and ensure delivery aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area. Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.) Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers Mentor junior Project Managers when required Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Financial and budget management experience You will join a team that values collaboration, quality, and making a difference in the lives of patients.
