Your responsibilitiesProvide customer support in German and English by phone and email.
Handle enquiries related to financial services.
Resolve customer requests efficiently and professionally.
Deliver a positive, reliable and high-quality customer experience.
What we are looking forNative or bilingual German proficiency.
Advanced English level, preferably C1.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Interest in developing a career in the financial services sector.
Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Spain.





What we offer
Permanent, full-time contract.
Salary of €22,000 gross per year.
Monday-to-Friday schedule.
