Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments. Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices inSpain. Collaborate withAI research teamsto improve task accuracy and relevance. Workindependently and asynchronouslyto meet project deadlines.



Qualifications Must-Have 5+ yearsinHR(business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent). Native or fluent inSpanish. Degree from a top-20 university in Spain. Knowledge of theEstatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
