Hi, I'm Bohdan, Head of Customer Support at Progress Partners, and I'm hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to join my team. Our support operation runs on connected tools (Zendesk, Twilio, Outlook, Gmail, in-house admin panels and our product APIs), all tied together by flows, triggers, and automations. Now we want to bring LLMs into that stack to take repetitive work off our agents' plates, and we need someone to own it full-time. You'll build and run the AI-powered automations behind our support workflows: connecting models and services through APIs, designing and testing prompts, shipping lightweight internal tools, and keeping everything reliable in production. Design, test, and refine prompts; evaluate model outputs for quality and reliability. Create lightweight internal tools and UI components using HTML and CSS.
