Reporting to the Audit & Risk Director, the mission of this position is to lead and continuously improve HIPRA's risk management framework, ensuring the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks that may impact the company's objectives, while strengthening business resilience and continuity across the organization.



We are looking for people who:Hold a degree inBusiness Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related field. Have a C1 level of English and can speak ideally Spanish or Catalan Identify, assess and monitor strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks. Prepare risk reports for management and support decision-making processes. Lead Business Continuity and Crisis Management initiatives. Coordinate business impact assessments and continuity plans.
