Reporting to the OT Team Leader, this opportunity will see you work autonomously on your own caseload within the NDIS and Homecare Packages. Working as part of a wider team of Occupational Therapists, you will be in an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement and be surrounded with a culture of positive engagement within the team. Provide home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS Develop therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence in personal care skills,



domestic skills, community skills and sensory requirements Review therapy programs to follow up on the progress of your clients and the results they have achieved.
