- Greet our customers at the arrivals area at the start of their holiday to create a great first impression, providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice on the sales desk and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airportTake Responsibility
- Ensuring 'spolicies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out.
Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)Work as One Team
- Working in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, thirdparty providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experienceTo comply with airport regulations and company policy, you will need to provide a 5-year history covering all employment, education, addresses, travel, self-employment, unemployment, cash-in-hand work, and any gaps of 28 days or more (supporting evidence required).
