This is a hands-on operational role, not a distant strategy seat.
You'll work closely with Sportsbook Experience, Product, Engineering and Risk, acting as the bridge between internal teams and external suppliers.
What you'll be doing:Own operational relationships with key sportsbook suppliers across pricing, trading and dataBuild supplier governance frameworks, QBR cadences, performance reviews and action trackingLead supplier incident management end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and don't recurHold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, quality and deliveryImprove the processes behind event booking,



supplier selection and day-to-day trading operationsUse data and reporting to identify supplier trends and operational improvement opportunitiesSupport and guide Gibraltar-based execs as the team growsProvide clear updates to senior stakeholders on operations, incidents and supplier performanceWhat you'll bring:5+ years' experience in sportsbook operations, trading or sportsbook managementStrong sportsbook industry knowledge; understanding the ecosystem matters more than experience with any one supplierA track record managing operational relationships with third-party sportsbook suppliers or partners (sports, including racing)Experience building or improving governance xqysrnh frameworks, QBRs, reporting structures or supplier performance processesStrong analytical, process-improvement mindsetComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to improve reporting and operational efficiencyPeople leadership experience is a plus, not essentialComfortable with ambiguity, happy building structure where it doesn't exist yetGenuine passion for sport and sports bettingDetails:
