Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

-

- Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email

- Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints

- Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions

- Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers

- Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

-

- C1 Dutch

- English at B2 level (used for training)

- Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach

- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required

The details

- Work model: Remote from Greece

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, with occasional weekends
