Hartmann Young is partnering with a global Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead the regional business, shape its commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across a diverse range of markets. Responsibilities Own the EMEA strategy, P&L; and overall business performance. Partner with general leadership to align regional priorities with the wider business strategy. Requirements Senior commercial or general management experience within Molecular Diagnostics, IVD or Life Sciences. Strong understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models.
