Ensure pricing, margins and commercial conditions comply with department policies.
Follow up quotations proactively to maximise conversion into sales orders.
Support partners with product information, pricing and commercial queries.
Sales Order ManagementProcess and manage sales orders from creation to release.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on order status and expected shipment dates.
Partner ManagementBuild strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their main commercial and operational point of contact.
Understand partner needs, provide timely updates on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Sales & Pipeline ManagementMaintain and proactively follow up sales opportunities and quotations through emails and outbound calls to maximise conversion into sales.selling and upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products, services and vendor campaigns to assigned partners.
SLA & KPI ManagementMaintain accurate and up?to?date CRM records and customer interactions while meeting departmental SLA targets.
Share knowledge and best practices to support team performance and continuous improvement.
