Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations

Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures





Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach

Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required)

Organized and xghoner comfortable managing multiple requests

Able to learn online systems and tools quickly
