* As Manager, Sports Franchise Data, you will be responsible for managing a team of researchers and ensuring the quality of output regarding franchise registration details, ownership, financials, and key executives
* You will collaborate with and support the broader product, sales, and research teams
* You will report to the Director, R&C; Adverse Media Delivery
* Lead a team of researchers to ensure timely and successful data delivery
* Define and oversee implementation of workflows for the team, aligning delivery processes with global product standards
* Hire, supervise, support, and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation
* Have an automation mindset by initiating and driving change to existing team workflows and methodologies to create efficiencies and quality improvements
* Help in the planning of research resources for database assignments and for any large ad hoc projects
* Work under tight deadlines in a goal-oriented environment
