Warmly welcoming patients upon their arrival and managing the check-in process
- Ensuring attentive, first-class service and patient care at the front desk
- Maintaining a structured overview of administrative reception processes even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously
- Organizing daily appointment schedules and handling front desk communication smoothly Prior experience in a doctor's office is not a requirement, as we provide thorough and supportive training. Spanish language skills are helpful, but not an absolute prerequisite
