About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will support recruitment, learning & development, employee experience, and HR projects, gaining broad exposure across the HR function while partnering with managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Partner with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives. Learning & Talent DevelopmentCoordinate training activities and learning programs. Identify development needs with business leaders. Support performance management and talent development processes. Monitor training metrics and reports. HR Projects & Employee ExperienceParticipate in HR projects and people initiatives. Support onboarding, employee engagement, and internal communication. Monitor HR KPIs and contribute to process improvements.



What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in a relevant field. Around 6 years of HR experience. Strong recruitment experience and exposure to learning & development. Native Spanish and English B2+. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, analytical, and service-oriented approach. Experience in multinational or industrial environments is a plus. Knowledge of basic Spanish labor law is required. Portuguese is an advantage.
